Dear collegues, first of all I apoligize if the questions were already discussed here on cad.de: I did a quick search and I didn't find any answer, may be due to the lack of knowledge of german language.
Here are the questions:
1) I need to create the BOM for a certain assembly (no model-manager, just Modeling 18.1 standard). The well known problem is how to manage the groups that need to be exploded (phantom groups) and the ones that need to be cosidered as single item (welded or purchased parts). I made a test with the "indivisble assy" but it does not work. We all know that Modeling is unable to do this, is there any macro that allows to override this limit?
2) I could have the possibility to use Solid Edge to create these boms (solid Edge has a very good control on BOMs): is it possible to export to STEP assigning to each part the model name instead ot the instance name?
3) I need to export BOM to Excel too. I'm doing it with the macro "table_export_dia". Is there a way to customize the format of the exported table? The in-line help states that it is possible, but I don't find the source lisp file.
thank you for your attention.
