ich weiß zwar nicht wirklich eine Antwort, aber möchte hier folgendes Anmerken.
Es gibt so eine "natürliche" Grenze z.B. zwei Kanten treffen aufeinander im Winkel <= 0,5° dann erkennt die CATIA das nicht als scharfe Kante. Dazu ein Auszug aus einem Statement von Dassault:
The threadhold value in CATIA for Tangency Continuity is .5 degree.
An edge with a lower value is considered as a smooth edge.
An edge with a larger value is considered as a sharp one.
Constant fillet specification is to produce smooth edges.
Fillet does not guarantee the exact value,
provided it is less than .5 degree.
In this scenario, in both cases,
with or without the modification in the tree,
the edge produced by the fillet is less than .5 degree.
Then it is considered by CATIA as smooth.
The result provided by fillet is compliant with the specification......
Vielleicht ist dies auch irgendso eine Grenzsituation bei Dir
