The default location for the .dot and .dotx templates is:
C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\Simulation\data\cwreports
Please also refer to Solution Id: S-052668.
Note: the normal way to customize the default report format, is this: Click ‘Simulation’ > ‘Options’ > ‘Default Options’ > ‘Report’ > ‘Study Report’. You can then make some minor changes to the format and save them.
Erfahrung mit dem verändern hab ich selber nicht.
